Do you have an all-in-one system?

Yes! Onesix offers a complete all-in-one solution with Kiosk, Cashier and Online Kiosk, including all functions for ordering, paying and reporting. In addition, there is a status screen so that customers can immediately see when their order is ready.

What is meant by 30-day free trial?

Every business owner deserves the chance to test Onesix Kiosk . You get 30 days to test it without any obligation, allowing you to experience what it is like to serve your guests even better while ordering. This test phase can be started without any investment.

Will it actually help my visitors answer general questions?

Menu questions

Can I customize my own products or set recommendations?

To be sure. As a business owner, you have the ability within the dashboard to customize everything in the menu. Do you want us to do it? No problem, we just ask for a processing time of 2 business days. Of course, you pay nothing for this.

How do I put together my menu?

For installation, send your menu to us. We make sure the menu is ready in advance. After that, you can easily create and customize your menu via the Onesix. Can't figure it out by yourself? Our support team will always help you step by step.

Do you also have pictures for the products of my menu?

Onesix offers standard stock photos. Would you like to use your own product photos? Then you can provide them yourself and we can add them for you in the Onesix Dashboard. This makes your menu more attractive and clearer for your guests.

Do I have to pay for menu changes?

Nope, never :)

We only ask for 2 business days processing time. If you can't wait for that, you can always get started yourself via the Onesix Dashboard.

How much does the Kiosk cost and what are the transaction fees?

Kiosk price depends on the type. Check our product page for a list of all Kiosks. In addition, we charge €1 per day plus transaction fees. The transaction fees are calculated per order and vary per payment method and country. We always share this overview neatly prior to testing.

Where can I find my turnover?

All your revenue and sales data is available in the Onesix. Here you can view real-time statistics and print reports to accurately track your business results.

How long is a contract with Onesix?

The contract is flexible. You can cancel at any time. If you stop mid-month, you still pay the license fee for that month, but no more transaction fees.

Is the Kiosk easy to install?

The Kiosk is easy to install and it usually takes 20 to 30 minutes. You don't need any experience with computers or installations. Just scan the QR code on the package and follow the step-by-step videos. Then we'll schedule a brief phone call to check that everything is working properly.

Want us to handle the installation? No problem, we're happy to come by. Installation costs are listed on the pricing page.

How is it that people order more through a Kiosk?

Through the Kiosk , upselling is easy and effective. Our system has proven in millions of orders that automated (AI-driven) upselling works: the right questions are asked at the right time. As a result, customers are more likely to order extras, such as sauce, a drink or dessert.

Is it possible to interface with my current cash register?

Yes, Onesix offers integrations that allow you to link the Kiosk to your existing POS systems. This way all orders and payments run smoothly and clearly. Learn more about the integrations here.

Can you connect to my printer?

Certainly, we can link to Epson and Star printers. If you have one of these printers, we can connect to that and print receipts on it.

Why is there no receipt printer in the Kiosk?

The Kiosk does not have a standard receipt printer, as orders are automatically displayed by name, via coaster or table number. Still want a receipt? Then you can enable QR codes so guests can easily scan and print their receipt. It saves money, paper and a lot of headaches because experience shows that printers are often not refilled or break down.

Can I place the cash register/kitchen printer in different places?

Yes, you can place the printer flexibly, for example near the kitchen or the bar, so that orders from the Kiosk or the Cashier will go directly to the right place. You can set which products go to which printer in our Dashboard.

What other equipment do I get with my Kiosk?

With your Onesix Kiosk , in addition to the self ordering Kiosk , you also receive additional equipment, such as a tablet for order overview and a receipt printer so that all orders go through properly. Optionally, you can add an Onesix Cashier for a complete all-in-one solution. Please note that the tablet remains the property of Onesix and is on loan for as long as the partnership runs. Upon termination of the partnership, we ask that you return the tablet .

Do you have a cash register?

Yes, we have. The Onesix POS is a complete POS system. Orders are easily processed via the included tablet or via the Onesix iPhone app. All orders from the POS, Kiosk and Online Kiosk are centrally managed and automatically linked to your receipt printer.

Can I use QR codes with Onesix?

Yes, the Onesix Online Kiosk allows guests to order quickly and easily from their own phones. Place personalized QR codes on tables or other spots so customers can order directly. We provide sleek aluminum QR plates with integrated NFC chip, but you can also purchase the stickers yourself.

Does Onesix have a status screen?

Yes, Onesix provides a clear status screen where customers can see if their order is being prepared and when it is ready. This provides peace of mind and overview for waiting customers. Using the included tablet , you can easily accept and check off orders.

Can I also accept cash payments?

Yes, cash payment is always available at both our Kiosk and Cashier. So your customers can pay in their preferred way.

Can I also use the system as an in-check system?

The system cannot be used without a transaction. It is active and usable when an order or payment is made.

What other ordering and payment options are available besides the Kiosk?

In addition to the Kiosk , we also have the Online Kiosk, which allows guests to easily order via QR codes. There is also the Onesix Cashier, an all-in-one solution that allows you to take orders directly.
