As Operations Manager you take responsibility for all preparations at our office in Den Bosch. You make sure every product goes out picture-perfect and you lead the colleagues who support you along the way. You divide the work, keep the overview and pitch in just as hard yourself.
We’re quick to talk about Kiosks, but Onesix is so much more than that these days. A complete platform with the Kiosk, POS, Online Kiosk, Kitchen Display and Status Screen. And there’s always something new: products and developments follow each other fast, and you make sure the operation keeps up from day one.
You also keep improving the process itself. Something running rough on the floor? You fix it. Could something be smarter? You come up with a new way of working and roll it out together with the team. We’re growing fast, so your role grows right along with it.
No two days are the same. You work with a young team that switches gears fast and likes to grab a game of foosball in between.

14:00 -> Back to prepping and arranging tomorrow’s shipment
15:30 -> Look at what could be smarter with the team and try out a new way of working
16:45 -> Ivo wants a quick game of foosball before you head off
